Ever feel like your apps know you better than you know yourself? Like you opened TikTok for five minutes and suddenly an hour disappeared?

At InnovateHer, we believe that young people shouldn’t just be “users” or “consumers” of tech, you should be the ones shaping it. Right now, there is a huge global conversation happening about whether phones should be banned or if social media is bad. But there’s one thing missing from that debate: Your voice.

Built to Scroll isn’t about being anti-tech. It’s about taking you seriously.

We want to know:

Our 2024/25 Social Impact Report is here and our hearts are full 💜✨

This year, we’ve seen young people step into rooms they never thought they belonged in. We’ve watched confidence grow, ambitions spark, barriers soften and whole futures expand. And none of it happened alone.

With the unwavering support of our partners, ambassadors, schools and community, we were able to:

💜 Reach 29,000 students, each with their own dreams, stories and potential

💜 Deliver 101 activities that opened doors to new skills, new role models and new possibilities

Every workshop, every conversation, every moment of “I can do this” became part of something bigger… a movement that’s changing what the future of tech looks like and feels like for girls across the UK.

Thank you to everyone who stood beside us, believed in our mission, and helped make this impact possible. This is your story as much as it is ours.

That’s a wrap for our Q4 team days with the InnovateHer team!

As we are fully remote 3 times a year we spend 2 days together in Liverpool to plan and reflect. This time we;

🙌 confirmed our 3 year vision and goals, taking us to 2028!

🙌 locked in our 2026 goals. Next year looks exciting, bold and clear!

👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼 connected over food, cake and workshops

💡 Met the amazing Jo, founder of Erica AI, an organisation transforming how women speak to midwives and get support through pregnancy

🎉 celebrated reaching 100,000 students, a milestone we didn’t think we would reach until next year.

So proud of our team and of the impact 💜💜💜

It’s National Engineering Day today and last night we celebrated by attending Innovation Live event, hosted in our home city of Liverpool 💜

We were blown away by the exhibitions, including the brain scanner and edible bubbles! So fun.

We also loved hearing from and seeing the amazing who are our biggest and role models.
