Hello Liverpool Transitioners! Big ask from everyone who follows us and people who don't. Please come to our Transition Gathering tomorrow! We've had very few sign-ups. Get your tickets on Eventbrite. It's from 10am to 4pm at the Liverpool Quaker Meeting House on School Lane. There will be a talk from Pete North; a market place event in the morning; a workshop on writing business strategies and a workshop on successful grant funding bids.

Hello Liverpool Transitioners! It's that time of year again. :) It's Transition Gathering time! It will be held on the 17th October from 10am-4pm at the Quaker Meeting House. It's going to be a blast with Keynote Speaker Professor Peter North; a market place event; a workshop on writing business strategies and writing successful grant funding bids. Lunch will be provided. Our next Transition Café is on the 13th October at the Quaker Meeting House and we will be hosting Scouse Flowerhouse who will be speaking about the work they have been doing around wild flower conservation. Hello Liverpool Transitioners! There is a film screening at Fact on the 21st August. Here's a short synopsis of the film:

Super Nature celebrates our universal connection to nature, with an intimate gaze, creating a visceral, poetic, personal meditation on the natural world. Ed Sayers’ award-winning debut feature saw him collaborating with 40 people on 80 different antique Super 8 cameras across land, in the air, and underwater. They would all decide together the stories of nature close to them and their hearts that they would tell, all with as little travel as possible.

The result is a fresh perspective on the most pressing subject of our times.
