BATTLE OF MONS COMMEMORATION

There will be a Battle of Mons Commemoration static parade and service at Southport War Memorial on Friday 21st August commencing 11am.

In attendance will be veterans, guests and dignitaries from both Mons and Sefton, as well as Southport, Formby, Crosby and Litherland Branches of The Royal British Legion.

Should any veterans wish to attend the parade, please meet at 1000 at the Armed Forces Community Hub on Wesley Street from where we will move to the War Memorial at 1015.

Dress code is suit/blazer, beret and medals or equivalent.

We look forward to seeing you on the day.
