Thanks to all our speakers and audience members yesterday. It was a really good session where we examined the perils and pitfalls of Ai but maybe just for me, we saw some glimmers of light after the popping of the Ai bubble.

As one person said "it was good to go to an ai event where I wasn't being sold anything"

I will post the videos and more photos soon once I have physically recovered from helping deliver Liverpool Makefest yesterday.

My brain is expanding already to take on all this new information as we will have two Doctors in the house for Ignite on Sunday. .

Dr will be doubling up again as our MC and giving a presentation. And Dr will be telling us about The Stupidity of EdTech. That's two DRs involved in education giving us the lowdown.

Lots of other activies taking place on Sunday. I could just say Lego, plastics, coding, printing etc.

Also bring along your broken toaster (or other items) to the repair cafe.

Our members will be on Sunday.

Some of our members have been working hard to help deliver it, plus we are hosting our Birthday celebrations that same night. 15 years of DoES Liverpool - Liverpool's foremost maker community - Hope you can make the day time and the evening celebrations.

We'll be display lots of members work at MakeFest, it promises to be a great day.
