Are you passionate about helping people build confidence, develop independence and achieve their goals?

Imagine Independence is looking for a Resettlement & Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by providing person-centred support to people with complex needs, helping them improve their wellbeing and move towards more independent and fulfilling lives.

📍 Location: Liverpool
🕐 Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅 Contract: Permanent
💷 Salary: £26,136.50 per year
🔄 Working pattern: 12-hour rolling rota – 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off

We’re looking for someone with experience supporting people with complex needs, excellent communication skills and a compassionate, non-judgemental approach.

You'll support individuals with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs - helping with daily living, personal care, and getting out into the community (think days out, arts and crafts, swimming and more). 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota, £24,849.24 per annum, 25 days annual leave + pension + EAP + full training provided.
