Join Tai Chi and Qigong instructors Barbara Shields and Angela Howarth to celebrate World Tai Chi Qigong Day in the beautiful setting of Sudley Walled Garden.

Tai Chi and Qigong are inclusive practices that benefit both mental and physical wellbeing and where better to practise than in the regenerative surroundings of the therapeutic garden.

This free event is suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. No need to book, just turn up on the day and join us in celebrating the wonderful world of tai chi and qigong.

Saturday 25 April 10am to 1pm

Regular Spring to Autumn qigong classes start again in the walled garden on 23 April 🌿
