💙 A little summer appreciation post...

As the holidays continue, we just wanted to say a huge thank you to every family, child and adult who has joined us at one of our summer sessions so far.

Keeping active over the summer isn't just about exercise, it's about making memories, building confidence, supporting our mental wellbeing and taking time to connect with the people around us all while happily keeping the family / the kids engaged.

Today we went up to Haigh Woodland park which is about 40 mins from Liverpool! What a great day!
Gracie is 10 now, and so many playgrounds just don’t cater for older children - it’s so sad! Not here - huge climbing frames and slides, swings and really challenging climbs too!
We saw deer on a woodland walk, fed the ducks, used the adventure woodland trim trail and played 18 hole crazy golf.
We finished off with woodfired pizza from the pizza oven which was absolutely delicious.
We’ll be heading back this summer to complete the high ropes course which looked fab - and probably for another round of golf too… definitely a place you can spend the day, on whatever budget you have available!
Loved it and would highly recommend!
