Running every Thursday throughout November, the sessions are designed for little ones aged two to four to get creative, explore and learn all about the amazing world of science. 💙

The launch of Healthy Habits presented by Hill Dickinson. 💙 🏃‍♀️ 🥦

Supported by Hill Dickinson as part of its landmark naming rights partnership with Everton Football Club, the new programme is focused on helping children across the Liverpool City Region build healthier habits around food, physical activity, sleep and mental wellbeing.

As part of the exciting launch, pupils took part in a range of fun and interactive activities, from designing their own ‘Eat Well Plate’ and playing the ‘Healthy Breakfast’ cooking game, to sports-based activities with Hill Dickinson employees and the Everton in the Community team - as well as a lap of the stadium.

A brilliant start to a fantastic programme that will help create brighter futures for children and young people across our community - this is just the beginning! ⭐️

🍏💙 We are delighted to announce that Everton in the Community has joined forces with Hill Dickinson to launch Healthy Habits, a new community initiative helping children to build healthier habits around food, physical activity, sleep and mental wellbeing.

The programme responds to a clear need across the Liverpool City Region and will make conversations around health and wellbeing engaging, practical and relevant to children and their everyday lives.

This is Richard. Being in hospital in the early hours of this morning with a broken ankle didn’t stop him completing the Everton 10K for us - in a wheelchair, pushed by his friends. Absolutely incredible dedication. 💙
