We’re the only community centre in Liverpool's city centre and our immediate area is one of the most deprived in the country, ranking 4th out of 317 local authorities that are most deprived in England (2019). At The Bronte, you'll
find kids crafting, older kids doing martial arts, parents laughing over coffee and people picking up brand new skills. People come to us for youth clubs, children’s activities, school holiday playschemes and residentials, as well as practical support, welfare advice and so much more. We were over the moon when we raised over 3 million pounds to transform our building, bringing vibrant new spaces and exciting opportunities just a stone’s throw from Lime Street station. But soaring inflation has made our building costs spiral. And it’s really important that we don’t scale back our plans.
