You don’t have to carry it alone. 💛

This World Su***de Prevention Day, we’re reminding people across Liverpool that support is available, especially during moments when things feel overwhelming.

If you’re struggling, feeling unable to cope or simply need someone to talk to, you can contact Samaritans free, day or night.
📞 Call 116 123

You don’t need to have the right words, and you don’t have to explain everything. Someone is there to listen.
💛 If you’re worried about someone else, reaching out and letting them know you’re there can make a difference too.

BHM26: The L8 Activism Walking Tour

The L8 Activism Walking Tour invites you to take a stroll down the beautiful, tree-lined Victorian boulevard and explore the rich history of Liverpool 8 — the traditional home of the Black community since the mid-20th century.

The L8 Activism Walking Tour culminates on the former site of the Liverpool 8 Law Center, an organisation which arose out of the ‘81 Uprisings and which played a key role in the support and empowerment of L8 and the Black communities and then onto empty plinth where William Huskinson once stood. Join us to find out what happened to him and much more history that you won’t find in books.

Date: Saturday 24th October 2026
Time: 11am-1pm
Tickets: £10
