More than a cuppa

Our Cuppa and a Chat group is a place to meet people, build friendships and feel part of the community.

Hearing that KFCA has made a positive difference in someone’s life means so much to our team. Thank you to this participant for sharing such lovely words, and to everyone who makes our groups so welcoming.

Each week, our conversational English class joins our Cooking and Growing group in the allotment to share some food after all their hard work.

With Isaac away enjoying some sunshine abroad this week, one of our ESOL learners kindly offered to make a salad for everyone to share.

These sessions are about so much more than learning a language - they’re about building friendships and sharing moments together.

Thank you to the group for a lovely Wednesday morning. See you next week!

Some feedback from our homeschooling group. It’s been a joy to have the group in the centre.

Each week they explore culture, books and food together. This last week was a lovely session about Saint Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean. They read a book about living in St Kitts and Nevis, made ocean inspired bracelets and we all tried Guava Juice, Pumpkin fritters and fried fish balls.

Fancy joining our Sewing Group? It’s FREE, relaxed and full of help and ideas. Siobhan is there to give advice and support with your ideas! Why not fix that jumper ready for Winter? Why not repurpose that t shirt from summer into a handy bag?

Come along and have a go.

🚭 100 days to go until a new smokefree generation begins.

From 1 January 2027, people born on or after 1 January 2009 will never be legally sold to***co.

The new law aims to prevent young people from starting to smoke and break the cycle of to***co addiction.

It won't criminalise people who smoke – it changes who to***co can legally be sold to.

If you smoke and want to quit, free support is available from Smoke Free Liverpool:
