Week 5 Summer HAF!
We are nearly at the end of the summer holidays but that doesn’t mean we are slowing down! We had a week filled with animals, scooters, gardening, cooking and art! See you next week for the final week of HAF!

Knowsley Safari Park Day Out!

Our HAF families had an amazing day at Knowsley Safari Park - from driving through the safari and spotting all the animals, to exploring the foot safari and enjoying everything the park had to offer!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us - we hope you all had as much fun as we did! Thank you to and to LCC for making the day possible.

Summer Holidays – Week 4!

Another jam-packed week at Kenny Fields!

- Trip to Kensington Library
- Community Open Day with food, a bouncy castle and organisations offering support.
- An amazing day with Big Comedy Club – improv, devised theatre and Baldy Bingo! Lots of laughter, getting active and trying something new!
- A trip to Victoria Gallery & Museum, with activities from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine before exploring the museum.

Another brilliant week full of fun and new experiences!

KFCA, the charity that runs Kensington Fields Community Centre, is seeking additional Trustees to join our Board.

Use Your Skills to Change Lives in Our Community –

• Guide the charity strategy & new business plan
• Make sure money is spent on our core goals
• Check that the charity follows the law
• Be the voice of the local community
• Support and guide our staff team
• Learn new leadership and governance skills

We are seeking people with
• Fresh ideas and open minds
• A mix of life experiences, working / non-working backgrounds and particularly people from under-represented communities
• The time & commitment to attend 6 meetings per year (evenings - bi-monthly -2 hours per meeting)

A day filled with sun, fun and food yesterday at our Community Open Day. We had 92 people yesterday join us. It was great to see so many new faces and families coming to KFCA for the first time!

Thank you to all the organisations that came along and spoke with families, giving them advice and support.

We are hosting the finale event of the first Liverpool Annual Bean Fest TODAY - Sunday 9 August (12:00 - 5:00) to celebrate every thing to do with beans - free bean-based food from across a range of cultures, adults & kids crafts, workshops, music, stalls & performances.
