Please note a petition to Sign below to hopefully be supported to Re-Paint the bridge both sides… The more signatures the more it’s noticed.. Broadway Bridge, Norris Green, Picture side of Utting Avenue and Townsend Avenue meet. No longer a Railway Bridge, now carries a cycle track. Bridge Community Centre asked the council back in 2015 & 2017 to possibly re-new the paint on the Bridge after local constituents had said how much of an eyesore the bridge had become both sides we collected near a 1000 signature but we were told there was no funds. However now in 2026 the Bridge is still an eyesore. There has been money put into both Clubmoor & Norris Green that is known as PiP (pride in place) Let’s see if both sides of the Bridge (Councillors) would share the care & designate funds to paint the bridge both sides..sharing the care will keep the cost down. Making it a Pride Of Place 🙂 for Both Sides 🙂 Volunteer Viv will be overseeing the collection of signatures from across our communities.

There is no pressure to speak, and everyone’s experience is valid.”

Created by Scouse Flower House & Bridge Community Centre L4 in Memory of a beautiful soul Councillor Tim Jeeves (Deceased) without Tim our legacy could not be. In memory of a warrior Bear 🐻 Ruben Paul who was know & loved for the battles he fought & the Legarcies he continues to gift in his little life.. Why not join us & Polly & Richard on Tuesday 29 th Sept from 10am Join us at the field with the children from local school too.
