Deaf Active . Deaf Active is based at The Joseph Lappin Centre, Mill Lane, Old Swan Liverpool, Merseyside and has been running since May 2008.

We are proud to be able to boast one of the very few Deaf led youth and play services in Britain that host both Deaf and Hearing children. Our adult based services provide a holistic approach to service provision and have enabled a strong and flourishing community sustain it's future as a innovative gras roots charity. Deaf Active provides services such as play and youth work, playschemes and resi

dential holidays, health and fitness classes, teach accredited sign language lessons and tailor made/bespoke sign language to primary aged children. Play and youth work encompasses such activities as:

Youth Club
Holiday Clubs
Football Coaching
Zumba/Dance
and a whole lot more. Adult Service also provide activities such as:

Zumba Fitness
Legs, Bums & Tums
Boxercise
Circuit Training
Personal Training
Football Coaching
Level 1 & Level 2 British Sign Language
Deaf/Disability Awareness
Training and Employment

What a fantastic week at our football camp last week!! ⚽☀️

The children had a great time learning new skills, making friends, and enjoying lots of football activities. We were lucky to have lovely weather all week, and the water fight was definitely a highlight for everyone! 💦😄

Well done to all the children for their enthusiasm and effort. We can't wait to see you all again next half term.

Take a look at the amazing Discovery Camp we had last week, the children had an amazing time and enjoyed the different themes we had for each day! We were so lucky with the weather and definitely made the most of it! ☀️☺️
Massive thank you to Tesco for supplying us with fresh fruit for everyone to enjoy
