🧱 A lasting tribute to someone special 💚

Dedicate a brick in our beautiful Pool of Remembrance in memory of a loved one.

The Pool of Remembrance is a peaceful and beautiful place to sit, reflect and remember. By dedicating a brick, you can create a lasting tribute to someone special, while also helping to support the vital work of St Joseph’s Hospice.

A brick dedication costs £500 and lasts for 5 years.

Join us at the iconic Plaza Cinema, Waterloo, on Thursday 10th December for a very special In Conversation evening with acclaimed Liverpool-born actor star of BBC drama This City Is Ours! 🎥

Born and bred in Liverpool, James will take us behind the scenes of his acting career, share fascinating insights into life on screen and talk about what it means to be part of a drama celebrating his home city.

❤️ An evening with a very special purpose

This event is also in support of St Joseph’s Hospice, Thornton, where James’ beloved grandad Ronnie sadly passed away. James and his family remain incredibly grateful for the love, compassion and care they received from the hospice team.

Donations on the evening will help St Joseph’s continue its vital work providing palliative and end-of-life care to patients and families across Merseyside.

🌿 A garden grown with love, kindness and a very special connection 💚

We’re absolutely thrilled that local garden designer and builder James Barnett is generously donating the plants from his award-winning garden at this year’s Southport Flower Show to St Joseph’s Hospice! 🌸🌼

James has a very special connection with our hospice, as his mum spent her final days in our care. His incredibly kind donation will help us create a beautiful garden space where patients, families and friends can relax, find peace and enjoy nature together.

We’re so excited to watch this wonderful garden take shape and see it become a lasting legacy for everyone who comes through our doors to enjoy for years to come. 🌱💚

A huge thank you to James for his generosity and for helping us create something truly special in memory of his mum. ❤️
