🧠 Could you help shape the future of neurological research?

Research helps us understand neurological conditions, improve treatments and find better ways to support people living with them.

But researchers need people to take part.

At The Brain Charity, we share opportunities to take part in research across a range of neurological conditions.

Your experience could help researchers learn more and shape the future of neurological care.

After a stroke, everyday tasks can feel very different. With the right support, families can help their loved ones rebuild confidence, maintain social connections and take steps towards greater independence. 💙

From creating a safer home environment to supporting rehabilitation and emotional wellbeing, small things can make a big difference.

Read Millie Fuller’s guest blog for practical advice on supporting independence after stroke — while remembering to look after yourself, too.

It's time to check in again with our friends at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, who have had a busy spring of fundraising!

We want to thank their amazing teams across the UK, who have run, hiked and skydived to raise vital funds for The Brain Charity.

From Hotel du Vin Stratford, we want to thank Andy and Imi, who took on the Stratford Marathon and Half Marathon respectively, plus their fabulous reception team, who have organised raffles and bake sales. So far, they have raised an amazing £456!

Two brave team members from Malmaison York and Hotel du Vin Newcastle braved the skies, with a jump of over 13,000 feet! We want to thank Ethan and Dave for their courage and for raising a combined £1,136 for The Brain Charity.

From Malmaison Edinburgh Leith, Kristiyan and Hannah took on the tallest peak in Scotland with a sponsored hike of Ben Nevis - even experiencing snow during a heatwave! Their incredible efforts have made them our top fundraisers of the year so far, raising a whopping £1,437.

But it's not just the hotel locations that have got involved! We want to thank the Central Support and Sales team for raising money with a luxury raffle!

Every pound raised has the power to change lives at The Brain Charity - thank you to everyone at Malmaison Hotels and Hotel du Vin who have got involved so far, with lots more exciting fundraisers on the horizon!
