‼️We are truly very grateful for your donations but please show some respect to our hard working staff and volunteers.
We should not have to go through bags/boxes of donations that are only fit for the tip! This is not only very unhygienic but also takes up a lot of time that should be used elsewhere.
The amount of filthy/unusable items that have been passed in over the past couple of weeks is totally unacceptable and unfair on our hardworking staff and volunteers.
We are not the local tip and we have to pay to have rubbish removed which is very expensive and takes vital funds away from areas that need them.

‼️While we are very grateful for your donations, we are unfortunately limited on what we can accept due to the size of our shop. All donations must be in clean usable condition and handed to staff while we are open 10am-4pm. Please do not leave donations on the road outside shop! This is unfair on our staff and volunteers. It is also classed as flipping‼️
