Father’s Day is more than a celebration of fathers. It’s a moment to honour all the men who shape our families, communities and future.

Fathers, grandfathers, brothers, sons, mentors, uncles and father figures—those who provide, protect, guide and stand in the gap when they are needed most.

We also recognise that many men carry silent battles. Pressure, grief, anxiety and loneliness are often hidden behind strength. No man is meant to carry it all alone.

At The Liverpool Ark Discovery Centre, we believe in brotherhood—men standing with men, encouraging, supporting and speaking up when life gets heavy. And where needed, we help signpost to counselling and support services.

Strong men build strong families. Strong families build strong communities.

Happy Father’s Day.

🩵 June is Men's Mental Health Month 🩵

Being strong doesn't mean carrying everything on your own.

Many men face challenges with stress, anxiety, loneliness, grief, work pressures, family responsibilities, and life's unexpected struggles. Yet too often, they suffer in silence.

This month, we're encouraging men to talk, connect, and prioritise their wellbeing.

At The Liverpool Ark Discovery Centre, we believe community matters. Whether it's through sports, volunteering, training opportunities, community events, or simply meeting new people, there are ways to build meaningful connections and support one another.

Check in on a friend.
Start a conversation.
Ask how someone is really doing.

You never know how much a simple conversation could mean.

Mother’s Day is a special moment to pause and honour the women who carry so much of life on their shoulders.

From all of us at The LADC Family, we want to celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, aunties, and mother-figures who nurture, guide, protect, and pray for their families every single day. Your love shapes homes, strengthens communities, and leaves a legacy that reaches far beyond what can be seen.

Today we simply want to say thank you. Thank you for the sacrifices no one sees, the encouragement you give when it’s needed most, and the strength you show even on the hardest days.

We pray that today brings you joy, appreciation, and the reminder that you are deeply valued.

Happy Mother’s Day from The LADC Family. 🌷

Hello 2026
At The LADC, we’re stepping into the new year with renewed vision, higher goals, and a deeper commitment to our community.

2025 was a year of growth, learning, and unforgettable moments. But we’re not stopping there. Some projects remain unfinished, and we see them as opportunities to create something even better.

Our Vision for 2026
• Bring our projects to life: From facility upgrades to community programs, this is the year we complete projects with excellence.
• Transform ideas into action: Turning plans into reality with impact.
• Aim Higher: Bigger outreach, bolder creativity, and events that inspire beyond Liverpool.
• More Events, More Connections: Workshops, family activities, cultural showcases - 2026 will be packed.
• Serve in New Ways: Fresh initiatives to support families, empower youth, and provide real resources.
• Dream Big: Innovation hubs, seasonal festivals, discovery trails, and dynamic partnerships.

Our Commitment
2026 isn’t just another year — it’s a chance to reimagine what The LADC can be. Together, we’ll turn unfinished dreams into thriving realities.
