The Marina Dalglish Appeal It has one very simple aim - to 'make a difference'.

The Marina Dalglish Appeal is a Merseyside based cancer charity that was set up by the Dalglish family in 2005 to say thank you for the support Marina received during her treatment for breast cancer.

Thank you to everyone who supported The MDA Ball at Knowsley Hall on Saturday night and helped us to raise £1 million for cancer care on Merseyside. The Dalglish name may be above the door, but we couldn’t have done it without the help of so many others. We are hugely grateful to everyone who bought a table or a raffle ticket, to those who contributed an auction or raffle prize, to those who bid in the auction, and to everyone who helped us bring this event together.
