Women’s Wellbeing Connections
Two Creative & Restorative Wellbeing Workshops for Women at SWAN Women’s Centre
Step away from the pressures of everyday life and join us for two nourishing wellbeing sessions designed to help women reconnect with themselves, recharge, and feel supported in a welcoming community space.
These calming and uplifting workshops will include:
- Mindfulness & calming breathwork
- Creative therapeutic activities
- Grounding & relaxation practices
- Reflection, connection & supportive conversation
- Deep rest and sound relaxation
All activities are optional.
Open to all women aged 18+.
Especially supportive for women experiencing stress, overwhelm, loneliness, low mood, caring pressures, or life transitions; or for anyone simply wanting time for themselves in a positive and supportive environment.
No experience is needed and all activities are invitational and trauma-informed.
You are welcome to attend one session or both.
Come as you are and leave feeling more rested, connected, and resourced.
Facilitated by Siân Griffin, qualified psychotherapist, mindfulness practitioner, yoga teacher, and women’s wellbeing workshop facilitator.
