Backed by research, we're warning that to tackle the crisis, the government must focus attention on reforming the support available for young people facing social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

Our findings show that young people with an EHCP and an SEMH support need are five times more likely to experience time spent NEET in Year 12 compared with young people with no EHCP or SEN Support.
