After a wonderful summer full of team days, resource updating, CPD sessions (and of course, holidays), our Careers Advisers are back in schools.

Delivering impactful 1-1 interactions and group sessions throughout the year and preparing for all of the wonderful careers fairs, workshops, employer encounters, and work experience placements, we’re ready to take 2026/27 by storm!

Here to support schools, colleges, and training providers with all things careers, our Careers Advisers are there for you when you need them.

GCSE results are important for helping you pick your next steps at 16 - but it doesn't define what you have to do for your whole career! 📝

We have a network of careers advisers in schools across the country today, supporting students who have just received their results - providing advice, signposting, and actions to help with the big "what next?"

Career Connect Careers Adviser, Sophie Rooney, has been delivering bespoke 1:1 career advice and support to the students at Everton Free School & Football College during the past academic year and they could not be happier with her services. 🤩

Providing direct interventions with vulnerable Year 10 and Year 11 students, Danielle Cooper, Assistant Project Co-Ordinator, has shared that Sophie’s impact has been ‘significant’. With Sophie’s ‘invaluable support’, even the hardest-to-reach students at their school have seen increased positive outcomes.
