Just look at that little face 🥹 Meet Penny, a gorgeous young girl of around 12 months old who is ready to find her forever family.

Penny is a lovely, friendly girl and seems to be pretty easy-going all round. She could potentially live with other cats, children or a cat-friendly dog, with sensible introductions of course.

At only around a year old, she’s still got plenty of kitten energy and mischief in her, but she’s also very happy to soak up the love and attention. 💜

💜 WARWICK IS LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME 🐾

If you’re looking for a quiet little cat who’ll sit politely in the corner and mind his own business… Warwick is absolutely not your man. 😂

This gorgeous boy is high energy, vocal, very affectionate and likes to be fully involved in whatever his humans are doing. He’s got bags of personality and plenty to say for himself!

Warwick is looking for a home where he can be the only cat and soak up all the attention for himself. He’ll also need safe access to the outdoors so he can burn off some of that energy and get out exploring. 🌿

In return, you’ll get a funny, loving, lively little sidekick who definitely won’t let life get boring. 💜

💚 Chicken heard we were asking for tombola prizes… 🎟️🐔

…and has decided she’d quite like to come along to the Summer Fete and help out too.

We admire the enthusiasm, but we’re not entirely convinced she’s going to have much luck carrying the donation bucket. 🤣

Although judging by this inspection, she’s taking her new role VERY seriously. 👀💰

Prizes still very much needed — volunteers of the feathered variety, apparently not. 😂💜

💜 SWAN & BERTIE — STILL WAITING FOR THEIR HOME 🐾

“Nothing to see here… we definitely weren’t in the drawer.” 👀😂

Mum Swan and her little boy Bertie are such a lovely pair and have a gorgeous bond — usually involving playing together, getting up to mischief and apparently now helping with the furniture.

These two are looking for a forever home together. 🏡💜

We’re delighted to be supporting The Friends of The Rose of Mossley Summer Fete on Sunday 30th August and we’re on the hunt for prizes for our tombola! 🎟️

Bottles, chocolates, toiletries, gift sets, toys, vouchers… anything big or small would be hugely appreciated! 💜

If any of our lovely supporters or local businesses could donate a prize, please drop us a message and we can arrange collection/drop off.

Every prize donated helps us raise much-needed funds for the animals in our care. 🐱🐶🐰

💜 WELCOME CATSUMI & CONNIE 💚

These two little girls are our newest arrivals after being found abandoned in the woods. 💔

At only around 4–5 months old, they are heartbreakingly skinny and understandably a little reserved after everything they’ve been through.

But underneath that uncertainty are two incredibly sweet, gentle little souls. Give them a bit of time and a soft hand and the purrs start… and they’re already discovering that chin scratches and affection are actually rather lovely. 🥹💜

They’ve now also seen our vet, been spayed and are recovering with plenty of good food, warm beds and lots of TLC. 🐾

And once they’re fully recovered, the next thing on the list is the big one… a forever home. 🏡

💜 Just look at Pat now… 😍

From a frightened boy abandoned at the vets to this handsome chap. Pat has come such a long way in foster and his confidence has grown just as much as he has. 🥰

He can still be a little cautious with new people, but once he knows you’re kind, he’s a lovely, friendly boy.

We’re also thrilled to share that Pat has been chosen as one of Agria’s “12 Rescue a Rescue Animals”! 🐾 This special campaign is currently running on their social media, and they’ll be following his journey as he continues to blossom. 💜

Now all he needs is the final piece of the puzzle — a forever home of his own. 🏡

💜 Zendaya’s little stars are ready to find their forever homes! 🌙✨

Meet Nova, Cosmo, Astro & Ziggy — four ridiculously gorgeous little black panthers who are now available for adoption. 🖤🐾

They’ve grown into a confident, curious and mischievous little gang, and because kittens thrive with a playmate, these babies will only be homed in pairs.

That means twice the zoomies, twice the trouble and, fortunately, twice the cuddles. 😂

We’re happy to consider the best pairings based on their personalities and bonds.
