The triangle is looking lovely after the welcome rain. We welcomed Crosby and Waterloo in Bloom to inspect and judge our efforts along with representatives of Green Sefton.

Saturday 10th December the group are putting up Christmas lights on the triangle. A bit of cheer for the dark days of winter. All welcome to lend a hand from 9.30am. Look forward to seeing you.

Still looking good thanks to ongokng work from our volunteers. If you feel like a bit of fresh air and a chat why not come along Thursdays at 1pm and join in a bit of weeding and tidying. You don't have to be Percy Thrower or even Monty Don to be helpful!

The East Street triangle group are pleased to be able to report they were judged in the summer by the RHS Britain in Bloom scheme. A team of gardening experts visited the site along with staff from Green Sefton and were awarded Level 4 Thriving under the It's Your Neighbourhood Award scheme.

Congratulations and thanks to those who give their time to this small but important community project. Thanks too to Paulette Lappin one of our local Councillors who has given her time and support to this project.
