An amazing day on Saturday down in CrossFit DeltaFox supporting The 180 Project

This donation funded project focuses on stopping the vicious cycle of addiction, crime and prison for good, and preventing young people entering this cycle as early as possible.

They work with the men 6 months prior to release providing CrossFit, education and life coaching, and support them to successfully transition to community CrossFit so that they can sustain their CrossFit lifestyle. They belong to a new community and have new positive friendships… and so thrive on the outside.

The 180 project works with adults and youth alike in these situations. Little changes for big results.

Well done to all involved, especially our own from CrossFit River Mersey 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who donated clothes these past few weeks.
In total I’ve been able to distribute 16 large bin bags of clothes!
Some of these warmer coats, jumpers, trousers and shoes have been passed onto Reaching Out Liverpool who work with the homeless in liverpool city centre.
The rest of these clothes have been dropped into the Oxfam Great Britain clothes bins which are located at a number of Sainsbury's stores across the country.

One persons junk is another’s treasure 👖🧣🧦🧤

Last week I had the pleasure of being involved in a charity throw down in CrossFit River Mersey in aid of Maggie's Wirral supporting Merseyside & Cheshire
had organised this event in memory of her mum who sadly passed in 2017 due to cancer. The funds are going towards Lauren participating in the London Marathon in April.
We have all been affected in one way or another by Cancer and this charity is one of many working towards creating a supporting environment for all. Please follow the links to donate towards this amazing lady and her chosen charity 🧡🧡
