🎨 VOLUNTEERS WANTED – HELP US CREATE SOMETHING EPIC! 🌱

We are looking for volunteers from local businesses, corporate social value teams and community groups to help us prepare our outdoor space for two exciting murals.

📅 Friday 19th June
⏰ 11:00am – 2:00pm
📍 All Saints Chruch Hall (garden), Speke

We’re looking for helping hands to:

🎨 Apply two base coats to both sides of two large fences
🌱 Carry out some light gardening and tidying
🧹 Help prepare the space ready for the mural installation

Why get involved?

✔ Support young adults with autism and learning disabilities
✔ Give back to your local community
✔ Team-building opportunity for staff
✔ Deliver meaningful social value and CSR impact
✔ Be part of a project that will leave a lasting legacy

No experience is necessary – just a willingness to get stuck in!

We’ll provide:
☕ Refreshments
🍰 Cake and sweet treats
🎨 Paint and materials (courtesy of )

We would also welcome donations or loans of paint rollers, trays, brushes and gardening tools.

A huge thank you to Gill and the team at Colas LTD for putting social value into action 🙌

Over 4 days, their team of 3 worked incredibly hard to completely transform our garden space at EPIC Social Care CIC. What was once limited and difficult to use is now clear, organised and genuinely inviting 🌿

But the biggest impact? They moved the fence… and we’ve now got twice the space!

This isn’t just a tidy-up job - this is creating real opportunity. It means we can grow our environmental projects, offer more hands on activities and ultimately support more young adults with autism and learning disabilities in a space that works for them.

This is what meaningful social value looks like, lasting change that benefits people and community long after the work is done.

Our group love their sessions with and their hard work and dedication shone today. We had our very own Karate competition, everyone did so so well and we saw progress in so many areas. Well done everyone! You are EPIC 💜 and a big thanks to Chris and Sam for your constant encouragement and support for our service users.
