SMILE is a self-help group for chronic pain sufferers.

We meet weekly on a Monday morning in the church hall at The Old Roan Methodist Church on Altway at 9.30am.

During the session we have chair based exercises, led by a qualified instructor - do as much or as little as you feel able!

We organise social events such as theatre trips, outings and meals out.

Come along and have a cuppa and a chat with people who understand; we're a friendly bunch and you would be made very welcome.

SMILE is a Registered Charity.
