We’re looking for our next fantastic Registered Manager!

We are Juno CIC are on the lookout for an experienced Registered Manager for our upcoming 5th children’s home to open in Halton in summer 2027.

What is our goal?
We want to show there’s a way forward for not-for-profit children’s homes, and attract (and keep!) great people who want to grow their career in the children’s residential sector!

If you are looking for your next great role and have at least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager) in a children's home with Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings, we want to hear from you 😊

Ideally, you will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it) and have experience building and leading teams.

Last week, the Juno Wallasey gang went on holiday. For some of our young people, it was the first time they’d been on a plane.

Going on holiday in the summer is something most of us take for granted. It’s something they'll remember for a long time.

Sun, sand and a lot of memories. This is what childhood looks like when it gets the chances it deserves. ✨

With 13+ years of experience in residential care, Nina leads from the front while keeping children firmly at the heart of everything she does. She's built a home filled with joy, where children are safe and supported to be the best version of themselves.
