Paula was very welcoming and listened to our concerns about the climate and energy costs.
📺 She has signed the petition calling on the Government to arrange a national televised screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing.
🇵🇸 She has condemned the attack on the Sumud Flotilla taking aid to Gaza and asked for support for the boycott of Israeli settlement goods.

Thanks to all who stopped by our stall at Cool Heswall! We met lots of lovely people who cared about climate and nature just as much as we do 💫

We also collected messages for local MPs about decoupling the electricity price from the price of gas and bringing down our electricity bills! (About time!)

People’s Emergency Briefing events are being held in several local venues across Merseyside in May, June and July.

The film shows the climate crises we all face, with leading UK experts outlining the threats posed in terms of our food supply, infrastructure, health, economy and national security.

Afterwards there will be a discussion about the implications for our communities, and solutions that are possible through collective action.
