Our FREE workshops and peer discussion groups for Parent Carers in West Sussex, are designed and delivered by neurodivergent parents of neurodivergent children and young people.
Our workshops are 90 minutes long and explore topics that impact you and your family. You'll learn tips and strategies and will be sent a fantastic resource sheet after each session.
Our peer discussion groups are just 60 minutes long and suit Parent Carers who feel they have the knowledge but need more support to turn this into effective strategies. In these friendly discussions you'll swap ideas and practices with other parents, strengthening your own network.
