Great news, we've secured our Halloween event and Christmas event funding along with Monday cooking budget till December, funded by Area Working Budget - Breightmet Councillors Fielding, Morrisey & Tucker'.

Really great to have support from our three local Councillors for our community events and activities.

The Breightmet Show was a massive success with easily over a thousand people in attendance through out the four hour event.

We'd just like to say it's been a pleasure working with all the other community groups in Breightmet, behind the scenes Lisa Forrest from the Bolton CVS and Victoria Lewis (Livewell) from Bolton Council did an amazing job in organizing this event with local communities. We truly felt involved, listened too and supported to be part of The Breightmet Show.

A massive thank you goes out to our NEWT volunteers; Reece (Trainee Youth Leader), Will, Brad, Jack, Alexander, Brianna, Jenson, Becky, Angelica, Ariana, Elanor and Freya, for their dedication in providing interviews, footage from the event and wearing the entertaining dinosaur, gorilla outfits for the event. Not forgetting Sue and Dave, who despite being retired always get roped into our events.

It's the The Breightmet Show today, not just for families, Reach Bolton will be hosting activities for the over 60's at the Deepdale Community Centre.

We are looking forward to being a part of the Breightmet show tomorrow 🎈

If you know someone 60+ who would like to drop in for some lunch, a cuppa and bingo let them know we are running a special Reach Together group tomorrow 🎲💜

See you tomorrow 👋🏻
