“Your time starts … now!”

Following stove safety lessons earlier in the month sections competed in a Masterchef final. With a budget of £5.00 and an hour in which to cook each team had to create a dinner for four (very apprehensive) judges.

1830 Squadron Needs You!

Parents and caregivers of our current cadets are invited to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) of 1830 (Tendring Hundred) Squadron Association.

Letters were sent home last night with full information, we look forward to welcoming you all then!

The photo above is from the Essex Wing presentation event earlier in the year when 1830 received the Essex Wing nomination for the Marshall Trophy of the most improved squadron. A real testament to the integrity and dedication of our CFAV and Cadets.

I want to say a personal thank you to all the Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, Civilian Welfare Committee Members and of course our cadets for the incredible support and dedication to building our squadron.

Being awarded the Marshal Trophy for Essex Wing Air Cadets as the most improved squadron was a major success and testament to the teamwork that’s been put in by everyone since becoming the Officer in Charge one year ago.

You all have really embraced the motto of Nil Time and I can’t wait to see where we are one year further down the line!
