Lisnaskea Scouts
Lisnaskea Scouts were originally founded in 1952. We meet on Wednesdays at the Archdale Hall in the middle of Lisnaskea. Squirrels, Beavers and Cubs meet from 7-8 and Scouts and Explorers meet from 8-9:30.
Our group do a lot of outdoors activities, camping and travelling. In the past 10 years members from our group have been to Punchestown Jamboree (2008), PeakCamp (2010, 2015), BrumJam (2012, 2016), Haliburton in Canada (2014) the World Scout Jamboree in Japan (2015), Malawi (2018) and Chamboree (2018) as well as attending XPlore14 and NIJam as staff members. There are further trips planned to the next WSJ in North America (2019), EuroJam in Poland (2020), Nepal (2020) and BrumJam (2020).
We also take part in Community Impact projects locally and abroad, learn new skills from car maintenance to leadership and generally have fun and get quite muddy!
