✨ A Special Donation with a Big Impact 🩵🩷

A huge thank you to little Nevaeh, who recently celebrated her 1st birthday, and to her wonderful family for so generously donating her beautiful clothes to Baby Basics Lisburn.

It’s amazing to think that clothes which have been loved by one little girl will now go on to bless so many other families in our local community.

Some of these donations will help us provide clothing for families referred to Baby Basics Lisburn, while others will be available at our pop-up shop at Happy Days Lisburn and later in the year in November our fundraising Baby Event. Every purchase made at these events helps us buy the essential new items needed for our baby hampers, ensuring local mums and babies receive the support they need during what can often be a challenging time.

This is such a wonderful example of our community coming together—families donating, volunteers sorting and packing every item with care, supporters purchasing pre-loved clothing, and together making a real difference.

Thank you, Nevaeh and family, for helping us bring hope and practical support to other families. 🩷🩵

This beautiful baby basket may be going to one mum, but it has been made possible by so many hands. The people who donated each item, the professionals who recognised the need and made the referral, and our incredible volunteers who carefully sorted, folded and packed every piece with love.

Today, one local family will receive practical support and a reminder that they are not alone.

We are excited to be hosting another Baby Event sale this Saturday 16th May. Come along and pick up some wonderful outfit etc for your little ones and support Baby Basics Lisburn at the same time.

We are currently collecting items to help create wash bags for mums going into hospital 🤍
These small essentials can make such a big difference, helping to ease some of the stress and financial pressure at a vulnerable time.

We’re so grateful to be working alongside LCC Community Trust, who recently connected us with two expectant mums in our community who could use a little extra support as they prepare to welcome their babies this June 💛

At Baby Basics Lisburn, it’s a privilege to come alongside families during such an important time. With the help of our wonderful supporters, we’ve been able to provide essential items to help these mums feel a little more prepared for their new arrivals.

We at Baby Basics Lisburn are so delighted to have sent out or first Moses basket last month. We are now up and running and looking forward to partnering with charities to provide help for families expecting new little one into their lives. Everything in this basket was all donated and we are so thankfully to everyone who has given so generous and now this little bunny has a home ❤️.
