💜 YOU ARE NEVER ALONE. YOU ARE ALWAYS VALUED. YOU ARE INCREDIBLE. 💜

Violence against women and girls remains one of the most widespread human rights violations in our world. 🌎

Ending it requires more than just conversation it takes deep, compassionate action and dedicated spaces where women can heal, rebuild, and reclaim their power. 💪🫶

At Atlas, we are deeply committed to supporting women that have crawled through the painful reality of challenging and abusive relationships and signposting women to the incredible Women's Aid Federation Northern Ireland. Who provide not only care and compassion but also first hand support through their amazing organisation. 💜

True healing is a journey, and you do not have to walk it by yourself. We are proud to offer safe, empowering spaces designed to help you rediscover your strength and purpose:

🌱 Women’s Wellness Workshops – Dedicated sessions focused on holistic healing, self-care, and mental well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.

💬 Healthy Relationship Courses – Practical tools to help you understand boundaries, recognize red flags, and build safe, respectful connections moving forward.

✨ The 'Discover You' Module – A truly transformative programme led by the fantastic Margaret Stinton-Johnston, created to help you reconnect with who you are and build unwavering confidence for the future.

No matter what your past looks like, your story is not over. There is a whole community waiting for you! 🫶

Thank you so much also to Judith's Artworks for this stunning piece 🖼️
