OVER 60'S CLUB 😀😀

Are you looking to make new friends....our Over 60s club is keen to have new members.
We meet every Wednesday afternoon in The Junction from 1pm til 3pm. Tea, cakes and biscuits served then games played afterwards. We play cards, dominoes, board games and bingo at our weekly meetings along with a chat.
During the summer we try to have an afternoon away from the centre, usually to the seaside.
In past years we have enjoyed going for a Xmas meal then onto a pantomime during December.
We have also had a few ladies come along to do displays, which are always enjoyable.
Our weekly fee is £1 and we also run a savings club which is great for any holidays or special occasions you might have coming up.
We start back next Wednesday 11th February at 1pm.
Why not pop in, you would be made very welcome!!!

Lovely to meet with Liz and Jennifer this afternoon in a fantastic local cafe for a coffee in the Upper Braes to discuss their concerns over the proposed stopping of the cutting and maintaining of areas by Falkirk Council.

Also just to have the opportunity to have a good chat about all things that I can answer, raise, support and help my constituents.

Outwith my Cllr Advice Surgeries please feel free to request a home visit or like today, meeting at a local location.

My Cllr Advice Surgeries are as follows:

▪️Every 3rd Thursday at Shieldhill Welfare Hall from 5.40pm to 6.30pm

▪️Every 3rd Saturday at Maddiston Old Folks Association and Hall from 10.30am to 11.30am

▪️Every last Sunday at Whitecross Junction from 12.30pm to 1.30pm
