Time for another ‘thank you’ shout for a local business who has generously helped us this year.

A few months ago, we were able to secure a large grant from Tarmac , enabling us to replace & upgrade all of the external fire-doors. Not the most glamorous purchase, but a vital one!

Tom and his team at TJR Brickwork have been carrying out a considerable amount of prep work for us, ensuring that the Hall will be ready for the installation phase next month. 👏

Edinburgh Fridge winners come to North Scarle

Created and performed by Tim Marriott (The Brittas Empire) and Angela Bull (Coronation Street, DI Ray), Appraisal is a darkly funny, edge-of-your-seat two-hander packed with wit, tension and shocking twists.

What starts as an annual performance review quickly spirals into a gripping battle for control.

Nicky just wants to get through her appraisal and get back to work. Her boss, Jo, has something very different in mind. As the conversation unfolds, hidden agendas emerge, loyalties are tested and what should be an ordinary office meeting becomes a razor-sharp game of manipulation, power and survival.

Every line carries a hidden meaning, every silence speaks volumes and nothing is quite what it seems in this critically acclaimed production that has captivated audiences with its blistering performances and incisive writing. Following sold-out runs in New York, Edinburgh and Adelaide, it has earned multiple five-star reviews and awards for Best Play, Best Director and Best Performances. Don't miss the chance to experience this world-class, award-winning production right on your doorstep!

From Smokescreen Productions, the team behind Jack's Ashes and Watson: The Final Problem, Appraisal is an unforgettable theatrical experience that will have you laughing, gasping and debating what really happened long after the curtain falls.

"A battle of wits, tight, well paced and engrossing."★★★★★ - Reviews Hub "Intelligent and incisive, utterly captivating." ★★★★★ -St age Whispers "A romp through workplace politics" ★★★★ - One4Review
