Our Stallholder Application Form is now LIVE again!

We’re sorry for any confusion caused yesterday — we had to briefly withdraw the form due to a technical issue, but this has now been resolved.

If you’ve already applied, please don’t worry — your application has been safely received and you do not need to resubmit.

Saturday October 17th 2026.

Plans are well underway for the 2026 Fayre & Feast and we are working hard behind the scenes to build on the incredible success of last years event.

Traders: The application form is currently being finalised. If you traded with us last year and ticked the box on the 2025 form to allow us to contact you in the future, you will automatically be emailed the link to complete the form. If you did not tick the box, GDPR prevents us from contacting you, so you will need to email us for the link.

We are expecting to be oversubscribed so please complete your forms sooner rather than later.

This year we can only respond to queries and questions via the above contact information. Emails to previous addresses or Facebook dms will not be answered as we are a small team of volunteers and monitoring multiple platforms is not tenable. Please allow a few days for email communications to be answered.

There is still time to join our little team. If you are committed to the village, want to help local folk make happy memories and enjoy working as part of a fabulous team, pop along to our next meeting - Monday 20th April, 6.30pm sharp in the back room of The Star and Garter.

🎪 Metheringham Fayre & Feast 2026 – Planning Underway! 🎪

Planning for the 2026 Metheringham Fayre & Feast is now underway, and the organising team has started preparing everything for this year’s event.

We know many stallholders are keen to secure their places, and we’re already receiving enquiries. Thank you for your enthusiasm and support for the Fayre & Feast. However, stall application forms are not yet available. They are currently being updated and will be shared here as soon as they are ready.

This year we will also be introducing a dedicated Fayre & Feast email address, which will be announced shortly. Please note that councillors’ personal email addresses will not be used for stall bookings or enquiries and you will not receive a response regarding Fayre and Feast from the email used last year.

👉 Please don’t worry about missing out — everyone will have the same opportunity to apply once the official forms are released.

In the meantime, we kindly ask stallholders to wait until the official forms and contact details are published here before getting in touch.

***After the incredible success of last years' Fayre & Feast, the team are gearing up to start planning for the 2026 event.

If you are interested in helping, either as a member of the events working group, or as a volunteer on the day, please pop along on Friday (30th) to the Parish Council offices at 6.30pm.

Traders will be contacted in due course. In the meantime, please hold off from contacting the Clerk or any member of the events team either by email or on social media. This year we will have a dedicated email account for all communications which will be shared after Friday. Thank you.

Happy New Year to all our followers.

This is just to let you know that after the sucess of last years' event, the working group will soon be getting started on planning for 2026.

This year we will have a dedicated email address purely for Fayre & Feast enquiries and information. Can we ask you to ONLY use that going forward as when messages and emails are sent to various committee members at random, it is difficult to keep track. We will update you with the event email after our first planning meeting.

There is still time to join the working group if you feel you have skills you can bring to the table. We are meeting on Friday 30th January at 6.30pm in the Parish Council offices (next to The Hub) so just turn up then.
