This project has been going for a number of years and works with children's centres, schools, family centres, churches, and other organisations across the city of Lincoln to ensure that the families who, whether its due to sickness or financial hardship, are really struggling to provide for themselves and their children at Christmas time. We connect people who want to give with people who need to
receive. Last year we were able to help over 500 families with a Christmas sack full of toys and gifts along with a food hamper of essentials for the cupboards and some Christmas treats. It's our way of saying that, although they've hit a difficult time in their lives, someone cares about them.
