The Queen in the west isn’t just a fantastic pub but we are all about the community ☺️ one of my very special locals/friends did the Lincoln 10K and did absolutely amazing, all for a local charity close to everybody’s heart in the West End .

Something exciting is coming to Skellingthorpe... ✨

We're looking for commercial proposals for The Stone Arms – a much-loved country pub that’s been closed since October 2023.

We’ve decided not to operate it ourselves. Therefore, we’re looking for seasoned operators or businesses to lease the pub, restaurant, kitchen, car park and garden areas.

We’re open to a wide range of revenue-generating ideas including:
• Full lease to a pub/restaurant operator
• Kitchen lease & pop-ups
• Events & private hire venue
• Other commercial uses

📌 Key requirement: The proposal must be backed up with financial projections and a business plan.

We’re at The Tower Hotel tonight, live at 7. That’s right, you have 8 hours notice. Mobilise whatever you need to mobilise, charge your devices, grab your singing mittens and come and watch two friends c**k about with instruments.
Although as you can see, Jason broke his guitar mistaking it for an outdoor tap and trying to turn it on too hard so he’s had to make another one out of luncheon meats and a hose. We’ll see what it sounds like later.
