𝗔 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱

What a wonderful evening we had at our charity quiz night in Rand, hosted by Paul and Gill Smith.

A big thank you to Paul and Gill for welcoming everyone and helping to make the evening such a success.

Special thanks also to Derek for his great leadership on the night, and to the excellent band, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀, for providing such enjoyable entertainment.

We are very pleased to share that the evening raised £𝟭,𝟮𝟱𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲, which will be handed over to them soon.

Thank you once again to everyone who supported the event, especially those who donated or sourced raffle prizes, arrived early to help set up, stayed late to clear up, and helped in many other ways during the evening.

It was a wonderful Rotary Club of Lindum Lincoln team effort, and a great example of what we can achieve together through friendship, service and community spirit.

𝗔 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹

On Sunday 14th June, the Rotary Club of Lindum Lincoln enjoyed a fantastic Charter Lunch at The Bentley Hotel.

It was a lovely occasion, full of friendship, good conversation and Rotary fellowship. Our thanks go to everyone who helped organise the day, especially our President Simon Kalson, our Steward, Mike Perridge, and Derek Muhl for their work and support.

We were also very well entertained by the excellent band, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀, who helped make the afternoon even more enjoyable.

A big thank you to our members, partners, guests, and Rotarians from other clubs who joined us and helped make the day so special.

Events like this remind us that Rotary is not only about service, but also about friendship, community and enjoying good time together.

This Walk/Run continues to be popular, so we hope to see many new entrants in 2026, as well as our regulars, some of whom have been coming for 20 years or more! This year, we will decide which main charity to support shortly

Members and partners of Lindum Rotary enjoyed a relaxed and laughter-filled social evening at the Castle Hill Club, playing dominoes and catching up in great company.

Evenings like this remind us that Rotary is not only about service, but also about friendship, connection, and enjoying time together. A thoroughly enjoyable night all round! 😊

🌲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 🌲

Our Lindum Rotary members were proud to support St. Barnabas Hospice by taking part in this year’s Treecycling initiative.

By helping to collect and recycle Christmas trees, we’ve played a small part in raising vital funds to support the incredible care St Barnabas provides to local families.

A huge thank you to everyone involved - volunteers, supporters, and donors alike. Together, we’ve turned Christmas trees into something truly meaningful. 💚

🎄 Spreading Light at the Christmas Market 🕯️

Our Lindum Lincoln Rotary CLub members were delighted to take part in this year’s Christmas Market, selling candles in support of our charitable causes.

A big thank you to everyone who helped, visited our stall, and supported us - every candle sold helps us make a positive difference in our community and beyond.
