Yes, the PC and the public can comment up until the overall expiry date. This is currently 13.08.26 as this is the date the site notice expires.

Please be informed that the Parish Council have received the following Planning Application from NKDC. Reference 26/0736/FUL | Siting of 35 no. holiday lodges, excavation of 2 no. fishing ponds and construction of internal access road @ Hanworth Country Park, Station Road, Potterhanworth.

Communities aren't built by design; they’re built by the people who volunteer their time to keep our villages vibrant. This spirit was on full display at the Potterhanworth Annual Parish Meeting on Tuesday, 5 May 2026.

As a legal requirement for all English parishes, this annual forum (held between March and June) offers a dedicated space for registered electors to discuss village affairs, vote on local matters, and hold the council accountable. It’s a vital opportunity for residents to share views and hear directly from those shaping the community.

This year’s meeting featured updates from a wide range of local groups and representatives:

On behalf of North Kesteven District Council - Empty Homes

The aim of this poster is to alert residents impacted by empty homes within their area – and indeed owners of such empty properties – to get in touch, as by bringing them to our attention we can support their owners through various measures that will help to bring them back into use much sooner – securing a local community asset, additional housing, and an income for their owners.

In the past year we have supported owners through various measures to achieve a record number of returned properties and we are, as ever, keen to achieve even more since making good use of existing but empty or derelict properties brings many benefits to our District of Flourishing Communities.
