Welcome. Just a quick introduction;
I’m Gary King founder of ‘Meetup group’ “Lincoln singles walking group”. It was set up to provide a safe place for group walks, hikes and activities for mostly singles 30s - 60s to get people outdoors and meet new friends.
We would now like to add a service where members can bring their children to events and enjoy activities together.
Group rules;
Please be respectful and polite to all members.
Please spend at least half an hour to an hour once or twice a week looking for deals to post to the group. (when we get more members join)
This group is for posting day trips, gigs, theme park trips, weekends away and camping and caravan holidays where you would get a better deal going as a group (family ticket etc) or you have spare rooms in your accommodation and would like to share the cost. It’s an opportunity to meet and share activities with new people to make new friends and memories together. All members should be members of Lincoln singles walking group on Meetup and have attended at least 3 events alone before bringing their kids along. When booking trips or holidays please state room allocations and sleeping arrangements to avoid any misunderstanding so the others know what they are paying for.
