🎉 THEY DID IT!🏅

A massive congratulations to the 6th Form students and staff from De Aston School who completed the City of Lincoln 10K today!

The team took to the streets of Lincoln in high spirits to support EMICS, and we couldn't be prouder to have been chosen as their Charity of the Year. It was fantastic to see so much hard work and training pay off for such a brilliant cause.

We are also thrilled to share that they have already surpassed their fundraising goal! This incredible result will go directly towards keeping our volunteer Doctors and Paramedics equipped and responding to emergencies across the East Midlands.

These clinicians play a vital role in delivering advanced pre-hospital medical care, ensuring that patients receive expert attention at the scene of serious incidents.

Their dedication and expertise contribute significantly to the provision of life-saving interventions across the region, maintaining the highest standards of emergency response throughout Lincolnshire.

Today is International Day of Charity.

When someone suffers a life-threatening emergency in the East Midlands, one of our volunteer doctors may be called, leaving their family dinner or a warm bed to deliver advanced medical care before the patient even reaches the hospital.
