Join us at our Adult Social Care Careers Fair at Lincoln College!

Taking place on Thursday 24th October 2024, this event is a great chance to explore careers in care.

We'll be joined by colleges and providers to showcase different routes into care, whether that be an apprenticeship, work placements or college courses.

There's a career in care for everyone and this fair will cover everything from maintenance to admin roles.

This free event is family friendly, with activity books for children attending and refreshments are provided.

Have you completed our Falls Prevention Survey?
We need your help to design our training programme!

There’s even a chance to win a £35 training voucher.

Falls are a leading cause of injury in care homes.

Our Workforce Development team are working with the NHS Integrated Care Systems to develop a training programme to help with Falls Prevention and best practice!

We’ve had a brilliant response to the survey so far, so thank you to all those who have completed. Special thanks to those who have signed up to join our falls best practice working group - we have 30 already which is fantastic, and the number is increasing daily. This group will be so important to help us shape and design the training, so that it is right for you.

There’s still plenty of time for care providers to complete our 5-min survey via the link below - the deadline is 19th January. Don’t forget there is also an opportunity to enter a prize draw with a chance of winning a CareinLincs/LinCA Workforce Development training voucher worth £35.
