Our Holiday Club is back - this time, at our very own venue ☀️🏖️🕶️

For just £3.75 per hour*, children and young people can access our gym facilities, mentors, mental health support as well as our carefully planned trips.

Booking is now open and we have very limited spaces per day so be quick.

As we shine a spotlight on , we are on the look out for volunteers to help support our Brewers 10K on Sunday 18 October 🏃‍♀️

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to help bring this fantastic community event to life. With both 10K and 5K routes on closed roads, alongside a lively race hub at the Pirelli Stadium, it’s a great opportunity to get involved 🤝

There are a range of roles available, including Course Marshals, Water Station Crew, Finish Line Support, and more. Whether you’re new to volunteering or a regular, we’d love to have you onboard, simply select the roles that suit you and sign up today! 🤗

Our fully functional mobile gym is loved by the young people at so it’s only fair that we open up this unique opportunity to others.

Our mobile gym is available for just £175 per hour with discounted daily rates also on offer. Each hour allows up to 10 young people to train with us in our specially equipped unit. Each session is supervised by our incredible mentors and fitness coaches meaning all young people are able to build strength, resilience & fitness while improving their mental health and gaining access to invaluable behavioural intervention.

Available across the country, in all settings as well as within the community. Perfect for enrichment sessions, improving attendance & engagement as well as incorporating meaningful physical activity and mentoring into your service delivery. Recommended ages: 8-18.

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EVENING 💚

My heart is full 🥹

As we now all know, public speaking isn’t for me, but I am incredibly proud of my MPWR team, grateful for the turnout last night and want to say thank you to all our legends and celebrities who put in a great match and made this event memorable. Another thank you to Kev and as well as to our hosts and Ricky Groves.

Thank you to our young people and parents who are always at every event supporting and promoting what we do. I love our ever growing MPWR family.

My team are just insanely talented and passionate and proud is an understatement.

And my family, MPWR wouldn’t exist if I didn’t have you.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to support yesterday. We have raised vital funds to enable us to continue our work across the country.

We have already had so many enquiries & referrals which goes to show just how imperative our specialist support is and, actually, we are pretty darn good at it 🤗

We will be back next year, even bigger and even better.

But, just, thank you!
