Our Jo (Housekeeping Supervisor) is off to Abenta, Ghana, next month alongside Sheila (her mum) to support the construction of a solar powered clean water system for families who live in the local village. 💧

Sub-Saharan Africa faces entrenched poverty, lacks education, clean water, and healthcare. Village by Village addresses these challenges in rural Ghana, uplifting communities, whilst striving for sustainable development. 🤝

We'll be keeping you updated on Jo's adventures via our usual social channels. 🤳

To show your support, donate here: lgtl.ink/sponsor ✨ ... (and don't forget to wish Jo and Sheila the best of luck).

If you want the real deal, the name on the ticket is Barry Steele! 🎸

Tickets are selling fast for one of the biggest nights of the year as this exceptionally talented cast recreates the magic, energy, and quality of Roy Orbison’s music. As The Stage says: “True Identikit Brilliance.”

Have you got ideas, stories or a passion for Burntwood’s history?
We’d love to hear from you! 👋

As part of the three-year Creative Burntwood project, we’re planning something special — our very own Community Production, celebrating the people, stories and creativity of Burntwood! ✨

Although the production is still a little way off, the planning is already beginning, and we want local people to help shape what it could become. 🛠

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Research Team. You could help us explore ideas, discover local stories, find out what matters to people in Burntwood and begin shaping a production that truly reflects our community. 🤝

You don’t need any previous experience — just curiosity, ideas and an interest in being part of something exciting! 😊

Whether you love theatre, enjoy meeting people, have a passion for local history or simply want to get involved in a creative community project, we’d love to hear from you. 💭

📍First meeting: Thursday 29 October 2026
Time: 2pm – 4pm
Venue: Chase Terrace Community Centre

We caught up with Ben and Ben, outside big Ben to discuss how we'd differentiate between both Ben's during this year's Garrick Panto: Robin Hood. ✨

Luckily, Ben had a few ideas, and Ben also had some ideas. But Ben and Ben are also eager to hear your thoughts... ✨

Rehearsals start very soon and the run commences 20 Nov. We can't wait to see Ben and Ben on stage very soon. ✨
