🌞 Heat Policy 🌞
With temperatures forecast to reach as high as 32°C this week, I wanted to let all my lovely Moo families know how we’ll be adapting classes to help keep everyone as comfortable as possible.
🐄 Please be aware that unfortunately none of our venues have air conditioning.
🐄 Where possible, I will keep curtains closed and windows managed to help keep the rooms as cool as we can.
🐄 Classes will be adapted to suit the conditions, with a slower pace, fewer high-energy action songs and additional opportunities for little ones (and grown-ups!) to rest and cool down.
🐄 Please bring plenty of drinks for both you and your little moover. We will take extra drink breaks if needed.
🐄 Dress your moovers in cool, lightweight clothing. I absolutely don’t mind babies attending in just a nappy or vest if that helps keep them comfortable.
🐄 If your little one is feeling unwell because of the heat, please don’t feel pressured to attend. Their wellbeing always comes first.
As always, the safety and comfort of our Moo families is my priority. We’ll still have lots of musical fun, just with a slightly more relaxed pace this week! 🎶💛
