Looking for a community of fellow LGBTQ+ folks over 50?

Join us in-person every Tuesday from 4 – 5:45pm at Toynbee Hall, E1.

Come along and get involved in fun social activities and eclectic discussions while meeting like-minded folk. We would love to see you there!

This group is a safe, welcoming and inclusive space to meet other members of the community and get stuck in with varied activities, events, celebrations and wellbeing workshops 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

This June, come along to sessions themed around Pride Month! We will also be holding a Fungi workshop, and our monthly pop-up cinema screening of short films made by and about LBT+ women over the age of 50!

If you are thinking about a career change, or looking to strengthen your support skills at work or in your personal life, this is your opportunity to take the first step 🌈⚧️

elop’s 3-month Foundation Certificate in LGBTQ+ Affirmative Counselling is ideal for anyone beginning their counselling training journey or wanting to develop confident, effective skills for supporting clients, colleagues, and peers.

All our training is delivered in a queer-affirmative learning environment and is open to LGBTQ+ people and embedded allies. The Foundation Course runs only twice a year, and the next cohort starts early September 2026.

The programme combines online and in-person sessions and can act as a clear pathway into professional counselling training, including our 2-year part-time Advanced Diploma in Integrative LGBTQ+ Affirmative Counselling.

Celebrate this Pride Month by taking care of your mental health! Our ReFocus LGBTQ+ wellbeing workshops take place on Wednesday evenings from 19:00-20:30. Come along to gain new skills, strategies, and knowledge for positive mental health and wellbeing!
