Sussex Pathways

Sussex Pathways Sussex Pathways provide a mentoring scheme to empower people involved in the Criminal Justice System.

Volunteers support resettlement in the community by mentoring people leaving prison - prior to release and up to six months post release - as well as those sentenced to a Community Order, for approximately six months in the community. Sussex Pathways' main objectives are to reduce the risk of re-offending for released offenders, supporting, encourageing and facilitating offenders upon release, and

encouraging community engagement. Sussex Pathways also work in partnership with individuals and groups who also show and share an interest in restoritive justice including: the Probation Service, Police, Faith Communities and Voluntary Agencies
