Family Nature Club- Saturdays 10-11.30

We started family nature club as we know how important it is for children ( and adults 😊) to get outside, off screens and connect with nature.

And so each week we offer a family nature club with a focus of a planting, harvesting, exploring the land and all things farm life! This session is drop in and suitable for all ages making it easy to bring the whole family!

Volunteer Cooks needed!

We run three community sessions a week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and are looking for volunteers to help cook our free community lunch.

No experience is needed and all ingredients are provided. All you need to do is make a simple soup and salad!

We are a fun and friendly bunch at Lovebrook so if you are looking to give back and get involved in the community this is the perfect way to do it!

Get fresh air in your lungs and move your body with our saturday morning yoga classes. Lead by the wonderful .

This drop-in session is perfect for those wanting to try out yoga or those wanting to deepen their practice.

The session runs in our studio space that looks out across the south downs and you can make it a full day of self care by trying out our wood-fired sauna too!

It's going to be a beautiful day for our family nature club at 10-11.30 with a filled veggie plot and 33 arcs to explore making it perfect for all ages🥕

Then why not stay for our solstice celebration @1.30 🌞

Or get some much needed chill time in our woodfired sauna from 11-12 or Drop in yoga class from 12.30-1.30!

Family Nature Club - Saturday 10-11.30 🌳

Make the most of the summer, get your little ones out in nature and explore the land at Lovebrook family nature club 🌞

This low-cost session is the perfect way to get outside, learn and play in a unique natural environment. The sessions are drop-in, so there is no termly fee, and it runs every Saturday 10-11.30 in all weather :)
 
All ages are welcome. £7 per child. £10 for 2 siblings. Accompanying adults free.

June Special- Deluxe Saturday Saunas

Our Saturday Sauna session is a full 1-hour in our wood-fired sauna, and as a June special, all sessions now come with complementary salt scrubs, clay face masks, aromatherapy steam, unlimited cold and hot water infusions with herbs from the land, and a guided meditation to start your session! So bag yourself a mini retreat for only £12!

The Lovebrook Sauna and Space:

While relaxing in the sauna, you can enjoy views of our 33-acre ecological project and the South Downs National Park that surrounds us. Our sauna glade is perfect for cooling off in the summer sun while listening to the sounds of nature, and if you’re feeling brave, why not try out our open-air shower or take a dip in our plunge pool.

This session is perfect for those looking for that quick sauna hit, but if you want to take a deep dive into the magic of hot and cold therapy, why not book in to our 11am session too and enjoy a luxurious session at your own pace Or find total relaxation and stay for our drop-in, all levels yoga class at 12.30.

P.S - Our farm shop and cafe is open from 10-3, so make the most of your time at Lovebrook and enjoy a hot coffee and a fresh pastry before or after your session.

This means each week you will be getting the best of the best of Lovebrook Veg.

It's harvested the morning of delivery so, not only will it be super fresh, it will last all week ( no more sad salads!)

Join us for a summer solstice gathering at Lovebrook!!!

We will be joined by our dear friend Ruth Gleeson to guide us through our celebrations for the next turn of the seasonal wheel.

Come and be in community at Lovebrook as we celebrate the longest day, the highest point of energy in the year, and share in ritual, friendship and nature connection.

Gather at 1.30pm at the farm, then we will journey to the standing stone for prayer, poetry, drumming and offerings.

The Magic of Trees 🌳

We are so excited to have Greg hosting this extra special family nature club on the 6th of June, 10-11.30!

We will be exploring the land, searching for unique trees and learning about what makes them so important to nature.

The weather is not looking super sunny for tomorrow but the session will still go ahead and it's the perfect way to get some fresh air and make the most of your weekend!
