U CAN Spray CIO Welcome to the home of Inclusive Spray-painting at U CAN Spray CIO! The UKs 1st Street Art Charity 🧡
(1)

U CAN Spray CIO, is the UK's first dedicated spray-painting charity. Founded in 2017 in order to inspire and engage young people from all backgrounds into cultural and artistic experiences through spray-painting. Our beneficiaries are anyone who is disengaged from society for reasons beyond their control. We are particularly committed to helping 16-24 year olds who aren't in education, training or employment (NEET) who will benefit from learning about all the aspects of professional art making and production through live projects and workshops. It's not easy being long term unemployed, especially when you have no experience or training. Often NEETS have challenging situations to deal with which is why getting young people involved in something which inspires them is a valuable support in order to learn the necessary skills to be able to integrate successfully into adulthood. At CAN we specialise in an artform which speaks to young people in their language. Street- art, Spray-painting and organised activities enable marginalised individuals to learn a vocation which enables them to interact with the public through events, exhibitions and community projects.

🔥 LEWES — THIS IS THE PARTY YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS! 🔥

You are officially invited to the U CAN Spray END OF SHOW ART AUCTION & PARTY — one huge final celebration of art, music, community and everything we have achieved together.

📅 25 September
⏰ 7pm–11pm
📍 U CAN Spray Studios, Waterside Centre, Lewes

Our incredible studios are packed with work from more artists than any other single show in Lewes — over 30 artists brought together under one roof, from exciting local talent to internationally recognised names.

We have already sold an amazing amount of art, and now we are bringing everyone together for one unforgettable final night. 100% of profits go to our charity

Expect:

⚡ Live performances from brilliant local acts by and DJs to be announced
⚡ An extraordinary charity art auction
⚡ The chance to buy original and collectable artwork
⚡ An incredible raffle, including a signed, hand-finished C215 worth approximately £700
⚡ Music, drinks, surprises and a studio full of extraordinary people
⚡ A chance to see the complete YES WE CAN! exhibition before it closes

This is grassroots culture at its best: artists, musicians and our community coming together to make something happen.

U CAN Spray is a small, independent charity created from the ground up here in Lewes. Every single penny raised on the night goes directly to the charity, helping us provide inclusive street-art, spray-painting and creative opportunities for young people and communities.

Come for the art.
Come for the music.
Come for the party.
Come because grassroots arts matter.

Whether you are an artist, a collector, an art lover, a supporter or simply curious, you are welcome. Bring your friends, fill the studios and help us end this extraordinary show with the celebration it deserves.

This will be joyful, surprising, completely unique — and once it is over, it is over.

Please share this invitation and help us make it a night Lewes will remember.

ART. MUSIC. COMMUNITY. CHARITY.

LET’S GO OUT WITH A BANG! 💥

18/09/2026

🎟️ WIN A RARE, SIGNED C215 WORTH APPROXIMATELY £700 — WITH EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD ODDS! 🎟️

One ticket could win you a professionally framed, signed and individually hand-finished C215 artwork — number 49 of just 50 ever produced — in our small local charity raffle.

Portrait of Pure Evil is not an ordinary reproduction. It combines giclée and silkscreen printing and was individually hand-finished by internationally acclaimed French street artist C215.

✨ Number 49 of only 50
✨ Signed by C215
✨ Individually hand-finished
✨ Giclée and silkscreen
✨ Published by Art Republic in 2010
✨ Artwork size: 70 × 55 cm
✨ Professionally framed
✨ Approximate framed value: £700

The portrait has a brilliant story. C215 created it from a childhood photograph of fellow street artist Pure Evil — Charles Uzzell Edwards — taken when he was just ten years old on a trip to France.

C215, whose real name is Christian Guémy, is one of Europe’s most celebrated stencil artists. His detailed, expressive portraits have appeared on streets and in galleries across Paris, London, Rome, Barcelona, New Delhi and beyond.

Pure Evil went on to become a defining figure in British street art and founder of East London’s influential Pure Evil Gallery.

This is more than a striking portrait: it captures the childhood image of one internationally recognised street artist through the eyes of another.

Your chances of winning are genuinely good. This is our own local charity raffle, not an enormous national draw with hundreds of thousands of entries.

Every ticket supports U CAN Spray CIO, helping us provide inclusive street-art and creative opportunities for young people and communities.
